JOHN A. WALKER, JR. an honors graduate of Duke University and Columbia Law School, is a past-president of the Knoxville Bar Association. His practice centers on commercial litigation, banking, estates, and bankruptcy. He is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy, a Fellow of the Tennessee Bar Foundation, a director of the Southeastern Bankruptcy Law Institute, and a Fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers.  He is an AAA arbitrator and has been an adjunct professor of law at U.T.
