Featured Ethics speaker will be Lucian Pera of Memphis, assisted by Sheppeard and Paine.  Pera chairs the TBA Committee that drafted the new Tennessee Rules of Professional Conduct and works with a similar ABA group.  Mr. Pera is co-author of a national ethics newsletter.
