DONALD F. PAINE was president of the Knoxville and Tennessee Bar Associations.  He is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers and Reporter to the Supreme Court’s Rules Commission.  Mr. Paine received the only Chancellor’s Award given to an adjunct faculty member at the University of Tennessee.
